When I was 8 years old, I made my first pair of shorts on a sewing machine. I think I became sentient in that moment. From that moment, I realised that all I wanted to do is make clothes. If I could cherish that pair of shorts so much, I believed others could feel the same about their garments. That's why I started Monroe the Label.
