Returns and Exchanges Policy

No Returns: We do not accept returns on any items.

Exchanges: We are happy to accept exchanges within 10 days of purchase. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

How to Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with instructions on how to proceed.

Exchanged Items: Items sent for exchange must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Any signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for an exchange.

We reserve the right to deny any exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and the original shipping costs will not be included in return/exchange costs.

Shipping Costs: 

Within Australia: Flat rate of $12

International: Flat rate of $25

How long does shipping take?

Within Australia: Orders are typically delivered within 1 week.

International: Orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our base in Melbourne, Australia.

Do you offer tracking for orders?
Yes, all orders include tracking through Aus post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Unfortunately, we do not support splitting payments across multiple payment methods at this time.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! You can use Afterpay to split your payment into interest-free installments. Simply select Afterpay at checkout and follow the prompts.

Do you offer gift cards?
No, we currently do not offer gift cards.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Yes, you can request changes or cancellations by contacting us as soon as possible. Please note that we may not be able to make changes if your order has already been processed or shipped.
